QuickBooks Keyboard Shortcuts
Ctrl+A   Chart of Accounts
Ctrl+T   Memorized Transaction List
Ctrl+M   Memorize the current transaction
Ctrl+W   Write Checks
Ctrl+R   Opens the Register of selected account, vendor or cusomer
Ctrl+I   Create Invoices
Ctrl+J   Customer Job List
Ctrl+F   Opens Find window
Ctrl+Q   Quick Report of selected account, vendor or clustomer
Ctrl+Del   Delete a line item
Ctrl+D   Delete the entire transaction (can't be undone!)
Ctrl+Ins   Insert a line item
Ctrl+N   Create a new entry while viewing a list
Ctrl+E   Edit selected entry while viewing a list
Ctrl+L   In a field with a drop-down list (with the field highlighted) opens the entire list
Ctrl+H   Transaction History of selected item

Enter "+,-,*,/,=" in any amount field to activate the built-in calculator
